24 Hours in Berlin
A journey through the first 24 hours of my trip in Berlin
24 Hours in Berlin
In this post I wanted to describe and share what I did the first 24 hours of my trip to Berlin. This was in inspiration of how busy my first day was in Madrid and I decided to continue and do the same for the rest of the cities in Europe that I had the opportunity to travel and spent time on.
Arriving in Berlin
At around 5:00PM I arrived in Berlin, checked into my hostel in East Berlin. The hostel staff shared with me some of the places that I could go for Dinner and also mentioned the Social Hour going on later this day.
Dunch time! ie. Lunch + Dinner
At around 6:30 PM After showering, I went to the Hofbräu restaurant for dinner, where I had a German sausage platter, Delish!
After Dunch time
Went to on a walk to see the surrounding area of the hostel and hopefully get to the Humboldt Forum and took a lot of photos around all this area.
Berlin Cathedral
Went to see the Berlin Cathedral and took a lot of photos around all this area.
Berlin TV Tower
Went to see the Berlin TV Tower and took a lot of photos around all this area.

Some peace and quiet before the storm
After having a nice walk and seeing the Berlin TV Tower, Humboldt Forum and Cathedral, and its surranding area I decided to take a break and enjoy the stillness of the park.
Hostel Social Hour
At around 8:00PM I returned to the hostel to refresh, shower and get ready for a social event. During the event I met a few guys whom wanted to go out and we did!

The start of a long walk

The Berlin Wall
At the memorial I took the time to learn more about the history and how this wall shape the city of Berlin and even to some extent the world.
